Municipal Law
Our attorneys have extensive experience in serving as the Solicitor or Special Counsel for school districts, cities, boroughs, townships, municipal authorities, zoning hearing boards, assessment appeal boards, planning commissions and civil service commissions. This representation includes attendance at monthly and special meetings and expertise in all aspects of school and municipal government. Our experience includes providing guidance in the negotiation of construction contracts, general contracts, compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, taxation and assessment, tax collection, state finance approvals, work with federal, state and local grant and loan agencies for school projects, general liability litigation, employment litigation for cases involving sexual harassment, and unemployment and workers' compensation.
