W. Timothy Barry successfully litigated a claim against The Rivers Casino for a hostile work environment for our client who was sexually harrassed while performing her duties as a cocktail waitress. The verdict included punitive damages of $999,000.

We are proud to announce that Amy R. Schrempf was elected as Chair of the Allegheny County Board of Property Assessment Appeals and Review for the second year. Ms. Schrempf has been a member of that Board since 2008, and recently served as Vice-Chair and Chair throughout the 2013 Reassessment in Allegheny County.
